【A Letter of Recognition from PepsiCo】

To the TTX & PepsiCo WMS Project Team,

The PepsiCo WMS project has encompassed the upgrade and transformation of PepsiCo's warehouse systems. Apart from various types of warehouse operations, the overall project required integration with multiple systems such as SAP, TMS, and WCS, both upstream and downstream. As a result, senior leadership at PepsiCo headquarters set high expectations and demands for the project.

Since the signing of the project, we are pleased to announce that with the collaborative efforts of the TTX WMS project team and our departments, the PepsiCo raw material warehouse, factory warehouse, and PepsiCo DC warehouse projects have all been successfully launched!

Under the leadership of the project manager from TTX, the team overcame challenges and smoothly executed the WMS implementation. The functional modules for the factory raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse, and PepsiCo DC warehouse, including inventory management and inbound/outbound operations, have achieved the desired outcomes and earned recognition from PepsiCo's supply chain department staff.

We extend our special thanks to the TTX project team and all levels of leadership involved in this project. We look forward to continued sincere cooperation between our teams and anticipate even greater success in our future endeavors.
