Vinda is a large-scale hygiene products company in Asia. Founded in 1985, the group has consistently upheld the philosophy of "Healthy Living Starts with Vinda," dedicated to providing high-quality hygiene and care products and services to every consumer and customer.
Vinda China Limited operates multiple brands encompassing household paper, personal care products, disposable hygiene products, daily necessities, and pulp products. In 1989, Vinda introduced domestically rare 100% pure imported wood pulp napkins, initiating high-quality paper products for Chinese consumers. Popular series such as "超韧 (Ultra Tough)," "蓝色经典 (Blue Classic)," "棉韧 (Cotton Tough)," and "棉韧奢柔 (Cotton Tough Luxury Soft)" have maintained market leadership for seven consecutive years. Vinda has become a choice for over 100 million households, recognized as a national model enterprise for harmonious labor relations.
In recent years, with the rapid expansion of Vinda's e-commerce business, peak daily orders from national e-commerce warehouses have exceeded 13 million. The diversification of business order types and increasing integration with e-commerce platforms have raised management challenges. Vinda urgently needed a robust, agile, and intelligent digital management system capable of handling high-volume orders to support the rapid growth of its e-commerce operations. To address this, Vinda partnered with TTX and introduced TTX's WMS system. Through collaborative efforts, Vinda's WMS project is currently operating smoothly.
In this collaboration, TTX's WMS system integrates with Vinda's business development needs, providing comprehensive support for Vinda's warehouse management operations through high scalability and compatibility. Flexible strategic configurations enable fine-tuned management of internal warehouse operations, guiding and executing operations systematically to achieve paperless workflows and enhance warehouse management efficiency. Integration with Vinda's existing order management, WCS, and other upstream and downstream business systems and automation equipment ensures seamless business data sharing and full operational visibility, supporting Vinda's decision-making and after-sales services with robust data insights.
To expedite the implementation of the WMS project, the TTX team commenced in March 2023, with the first warehouse going live by mid to late April. Subsequently, within just one month, TTX facilitated the replication and rollout of the WMS across nearly 20 warehouses nationwide, achieving successful acceptance.
It is understood that the operation of TTX's WMS enables Vinda to effortlessly handle over 3 million orders for acceptance and shipment within 4 hours. Looking ahead, TTX will continue to assist Vinda in advancing its digital supply chain capabilities, delivering enhanced services to consumers.
