POP MART collaborates with TTX to introduce TTX's WMS and TMS systems, jointly creating an efficient and transparent digital supply chain fulfillment system tailored for the trendy toy industry. The project has successfully gone live ahead of the anticipated timeline. This implementation covers the majority of channels within the industry, encompassing nearly 40 platform stores.

Beijing POP MART Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is China's leading pop culture and entertainment company. Over the past decade, POP MART has built a comprehensive operation platform covering the entire trendy toy industry chain, focusing on five key areas: global artist discovery, IP incubation and operation, consumer engagement, trendy toy culture promotion, and innovative business incubation and investment.

As of December 31, 2021, POP MART has established 295 offline directly-operated stores and deployed 1,611 Robo Shops across 103 cities in mainland China.

POP MART's journey toward globalization officially began in 2018. To date, its international business has established a presence both offline and online in over 20 countries and regions. Additionally, by launching a global independent website and entering major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Aliexpress, Shopee, and Lazada, POP MART products have reached over 80 countries and regions.

To stay ahead in a rapidly changing market, digital capabilities are crucial for business development. The efficiency of the supply chain must be high to support POP MART's layout across various sales channels, including offline stores, new retail, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring the company maintains its prominent position in the trendy toy industry.

Therefore, POP MART collaborates with TTX to introduce TTX's WMS and TMS systems, jointly creating an efficient and transparent digital supply chain fulfillment system tailored for the trendy toy industry.

In this collaboration, TTX's WMS and TMS solutions aim to help POP MART meet the warehousing and logistics needs of both online and offline marketing scenarios. TTX's WMS connects upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless information exchange and real-time access to warehouse data and product status. To cater to the unique shipping requirements of POP MART's products (blind boxes), TTX's WMS employs robust rule strategies for precise warehouse management, improving operational efficiency while adapting to various promotional models and shipping needs, ensuring the accuracy of product inflows and outflows. TMS tracks the real-time status of courier logistics routes, quickly identifying and resolving logistics issues to ensure the safe and timely arrival of products at their destinations. It integrates all aspects of warehousing and logistics to optimize dispatching, introduces a rule engine for billing to accommodate complex business billing needs, and reduces transportation time and costs, thereby enhancing logistics operation efficiency.

The project has successfully gone live ahead of schedule, covering most channels in the industry with nearly 40 platform stores. The early launch of the project was made possible by the deep understanding and application of logistics industry knowledge by the POP MART IT project team, along with the close cooperation between both parties.
