KINGMED Diagnostics collaborates with TTX to build digital warehousing, empowering intelligent medical testing

KINGMED Diagnostics adopts TTX's WMS system to build an efficient and intelligent supply chain, injecting new momentum into the group's high-quality development. This initiative will help more people access faster, more accurate, and more affordable medical testing services.

Guangzhou KINGMED Diagnostics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KINGMED Diagnostics”) is a leading third-party medical testing and pathological diagnosis service provider in China. Since the 1990s, KINGMED Diagnostics has pioneered outsourced medical testing services in China and has now developed into a market-leading enterprise.

KINGMED Diagnostics has established 49 medical laboratories, nearly 700 co-established laboratories, and a nationwide remote pathology collaboration network in Mainland China and Hong Kong. With a focus on clinical and disease-oriented services, the company provides medical testing and pathological diagnosis services that cover the entire lifecycle and all diseases for more than 23,000 medical institutions across the country. Through independent innovation, collaborative innovation among industry, academia, and research, and open innovation, KINGMED Diagnostics offers over 4,000 medical testing and pathological diagnosis projects, with test results recognized in more than 70 countries and regions worldwide.

As the leading third-party medical testing company in China, enhancing supply chain capabilities under the “Group Integrated” operational model is imperative. Therefore, KINGMED Diagnostics has adopted TTX's WMS system to build an efficient and intelligent supply chain, injecting new momentum into the group’s high-quality development and helping more people access faster, more accurate, and more affordable medical testing services.

Starting from KINGMED Diagnostics' actual needs, TTX integrated its WMS with KINGMED Diagnostics' existing SRM, KMCS, ERP, and business systems, achieving seamless information connectivity to support the unified management of over 70 warehouses nationwide. By integrating various devices such as PTL sorting equipment, RFID, smart refrigerators, and more, the collaboration of software and hardware enabled systematic management of the entire process from goods entry to exit, transparent inventory management, paperless operations, and reduced communication costs, significantly improving warehouse operational efficiency.

Given the unique nature of KINGMED Diagnostics' goods, their warehouses include specialized storage areas such as equipment zones, non-equipment consumables zones, refrigerated zones, frozen zones, and hazardous materials zones, all of which demand high standards of refined warehouse management. TTX's WMS system intelligently recommends storage and picking locations based on the attributes of the goods, guiding employees through operations, reducing reliance on manual work, improving operational accuracy, and optimizing warehouse space utilization. Additionally, the system regularly issues warnings for near-expiry, expired, and slow-moving stock to ensure product quality. It also supports the automatic collection and traceability of drug supervision codes throughout the process, complying with GSP management standards.

It is reported that this project is about to be fully launched. With TTX's support, KINGMED Diagnostics is expected to achieve even more efficient and intelligent supply chain management, helping more people access faster, more accurate, and more affordable medical testing services.
