Warehouse Management System
CHANGHONG Group partners with TTX to establish a digital warehouse management system, successfully launching the "Meiling First Warehouse

Founded in 1958, CHANGHONG Group began as the state-owned CHANGHONG Machinery Factory, one of the 156 key projects during China's First Five-Year Plan. It was the sole domestic producer of airborne fire control radars at the time. Over several decades, CHANGHONG has evolved from its military roots, through the rise of its color television business, to a diversified expansion into information electronics. Today, it stands as a comprehensive multinational enterprise group, integrating military, consumer electronics, and core component research and manufacturing. The company is renowned in the industry, ranked among China's top 500 manufacturing companies, leading Sichuan's top 100 enterprises, and recognized as an industrial internet leader in 2022.
CHANGHONG Group operates a wide range of businesses and products, with a vast sales network. To meet its operational needs, the group has established hundreds of warehouses nationwide. However, CHANGHONG has long sought a systematic solution to streamline warehouse management, integrate multiple systems, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the efficiency and standardization of business information flow and operational execution.
In 2023, CHANGHONG Group decided to introduce TTXWMS to serve the finished goods, materials, and central distribution center (CDC) warehouses of its air conditioning, Meiling, and multimedia product lines. Through the concerted efforts of both teams, the project has seen the successful launch and smooth operation of the "Meiling First Warehouse."
TTX, after thoroughly understanding CHANGHONG's needs and operations, has embarked on building the WMS with a focus on the following aspects to help CHANGHONG optimize its warehouse management system
During the design and implementation of this solution, TTX not only thoroughly considered the characteristics and needs of CHANGHONG's existing business but also ensured that the system could flexibly and effectively support various differentiated business processes. The system includes the development of open task generation logic and configurable multi-segment task movement functions. This enables the warehouse to achieve coordinated operations among multiple automated devices, allowing CHANGHONG to quickly adapt to the addition of new warehouses and equipment, thereby optimizing and expanding processes to meet future business development needs.
Currently, the "Meiling First Warehouse" is operating smoothly and will be gradually rolled out to warehouses nationwide. Throughout this process, TTX’s system will integrate with various automated devices and automated storage systems, assisting CHANGHONG Group in progressively completing the automation and intelligent digital transformation of its warehouses. This will enhance warehouse efficiency and operational management levels. TTX's professional technology and services are expected to become a crucial support for CHANGHONG Group's rapid development.

Transformation and Efficiency Enhancement in Warehousing Warehousing management, as a core component of supply chain management, plays a crucial role in the comprehensive deepening of reforms. Within the strategic framework of industrial internet development at CHANGHONG Holding Group, the warehousing system stands pivotal in enhancing the turnover rate of commercial inventories, directly impacting the throughput management of raw materials and finished products. CHANGHONG Holding Group has decided to introduce an autonomous and controllable WMS (Warehouse Management System), covering raw material warehouses, line-side warehouses, and finished goods warehouses. This system will seamlessly integrate upstream and downstream business operations across procurement, production, and sales. Group's First Warehouse, Led by Meiling The Group's WMS (Warehouse Management System) covers multiple subsidiaries, each with distinct business models across various production lines. Given the broad scope of operations and the complexity of integrating multiple systems with high concurrent operational volumes, the project implementation posed significant challenges. To thoroughly validate the reliability, stability, and security of the new system, the project team adopted a phased and batched deployment strategy. Meiling voluntarily took the initiative to be the first warehouse of the Group to go live. They actively undertook and organized pilot tasks, ensuring timely completion of the business transition and seamless entry into production operations. The launch of TTX's WMS not only addresses existing performance, scalability, and security risks of the previous systems but also enhances warehouse logistics operations through standardized workflows and process optimizations, thereby improving quality and efficiency. Looking ahead, the project team is committed to continuing their efforts and aims to fully deploy the system across raw material and finished goods warehouses by 2024. This initiative aims to enhance supply chain turnover efficiency and provide robust support for the company's digital transformation and smart manufacturing development.
