TTX and CPT jointly explore new dynamics of 'intelligent' manufacturing
Sichuan CPT Yunzhizao Technology Co., Ltd. has officially signed a contract with TTX, introducing TTX's OMS+WMS solution. In this collaboration, TTX tailored solutions to meet customer needs, creating a multi-channel, multi-platform, multi-warehouse order coordination system. They also built a flexible warehouse operation management system and achieved refined management across the entire warehouse-to-order process, injecting new digital transformation capabilities to support CPT's efficient development.
Sichuan CPT Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 300780), established in 2003, integrates casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, assembly, and packaging in its production processes. Adopting the smart factory model, CPT extensively applies key smart manufacturing technologies such as industrial robots, intelligent equipment, smart warehouses, information technology, and equipment data collection. The company specializes in mass customization and production of standard mechanical power transmission components like pulleys, gears, sprockets, timing pulleys, couplings, bushings, reducers, industrial belts, as well as complete equipment and their components for export. CPT holds 12 invention patents, 2 design patents, and 49 utility model patents.
Sichuan CPT Yunzhizao Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CPT, operates as an industrial Internet platform service provider. It has been dedicated to the high-quality development of platformization, clustering, collaboration, and intelligence in the mechanical manufacturing industry. In this project, TTX has developed an OMS+WMS solution tailored to CPT Yunzhizao, leveraging mature, stable products and a professional technical team with years of industry experience. This solution precisely addresses existing business pain points, breaks down information barriers between supply chain logistics, information flow, fund flow, and material flow, achieving visualized supply chain management and enhancing decision-making support capabilities based on big data. It also establishes a refined warehouse management system, creating management units at the rack level and building a multi-dimensional inventory system based on quantity, batch attributes, and status. These efforts inject new "intelligent" manufacturing capabilities into CPT, facilitating its digital transformation and upgrade.
