GUYITANG introduces TTX's WMS to protect health with action
Recently, GUYITANG (Hunan) Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GUYITANG") officially signed a contract with TTX, introducing TTX's WMS solution. In this collaboration, TTX assisted GUYITANG in creating a refined intelligent warehouse management system and lean warehouse operation processes, achieving batch number management and efficient inventory management. This enhanced warehouse efficiency and accuracy, fully ensuring medication safety, promoting the company's future rapid development, and contributing to a healthy life for all.
GUYITANG (Hunan) Health Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2014, is the first local enterprise in Hunan Province to be approved for an Internet hospital license. The company is dedicated to creating the most influential comprehensive health management service platform, aiming to make comprehensive health management services accessible through an open platform.
To date, GUYITANG has several subsidiaries, including Yinchuan GUYITANG Internet Hospital Co., Ltd., Hunan GUYITANG Chain Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic Co., Ltd., Hunan GUYITANG Chain Pharmacy Co., Ltd., Hunan GUYITANG Health Management Co., Ltd., Hunan Jizhong Huitong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Hunan Yaoshi Huake Technology Co., Ltd. The company has a research and development laboratory in strategic cooperation with the Hunan Academy of Chinese Medicine Research. It has independently developed nearly 100 products across five series, applied for 37 patents, successfully commercialized 16 products, and has been recognized as a "High-tech Enterprise of Hunan Province." GUYITANG is one of the outstanding private enterprises that have rapidly risen in the province in recent years.

It has established a presence in the Internet hospital, chain traditional Chinese medicine clinics, chain pharmacies, as well as the R&D, production, distribution, and retail of medical and health products. In the era of intelligent logistics development, automation, informationization, and digitalization are equally important for the pharmaceutical industry. In this project, TTX customized a WMS solution to meet GUYITANG's needs, directly addressing warehouse management challenges and fulfilling full-process management requirements. This solution enables detailed granular management of multiple product categories and business processes, allowing easy management of various pharmaceutical items in the warehouse. The flexible system configuration adapts to the personalized needs of the warehouse, enabling diverse and flexible internal processes and enhancing system compatibility for future business expansion. Additionally, it allows for efficient collaboration with automated equipment, reducing manual labor and error opportunities while improving inbound and outbound efficiency. Finally, it provides full-process monitoring of product batches and expiration dates and comprehensive pharmaceutical maintenance management, fully establishing refined intelligent warehouse management and lean warehouse operation processes.
