CDF and TTX jointly explore digital innovation under new consumer habits

Recently, TW SOLAR signed a contract with TTX to introduce TTX's WMS system to create a unified intelligent warehousing management platform with full-link collaboration, group unified deployment, data centralized operation, and compliance with multi-product line management.

TW SOLAR is a brand of Tongwei Group Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and development, manufacturing and promotion of core solar power generation products. Tongwei entered the photovoltaic new energy industry in 2006. After more than 10 years of rapid development, it has become a photovoltaic enterprise with upstream high-purity crystalline silicon production, midstream high-efficiency solar cell and component production, and terminal photovoltaic power station construction and operation. It has formed a complete photovoltaic new energy industry chain with independent intellectual property rights, with leading scale, technology, cost and quality advantages, and fully opened up the vertical integration layout of the entire photovoltaic industry chain.

On September 20, 2017, TW SOLAR's world's first industrial 4.0 high-efficiency battery production line was officially put into production, setting a new benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the industry. At present, TW SOLAR has built and put into production more than 200 intelligent manufacturing production lines, and now has seven major bases and Tonghe projects in Hefei, Shuangliu, Meishan, Jintang, Pengshan, Yancheng, and Nantong. The current battery production capacity exceeds 100GW. From 2024 to 2026, it will form a battery production capacity of 130-150GW, of which large-size production capacity will account for more than 90%, and the current capacity of high-efficiency components is 63GW.

TTX's WMS will establish standard, visible and efficient warehouse management for TW SOLAR. Through the construction of the cargo location system, the management of multi-attributes of materials and multi-dimensional inventory, the control of system processes and the guidance of operations, the warehouse operations are standardized and simple, and the refined and intelligent management level of the warehouse is improved.

Through the open interface platform, TTXWMS efficiently connects the "logistics, procurement, production and sales" links with TW SOLAR's ERP, MES, TMS, SRM and other upstream and downstream systems, improves the informatization of warehouse management, and realizes the unification of information flow, physical flow and financial flow.

The highly integrated experience of automation equipment requires compatibility with different automation manufacturers and equipment in each base, controls and optimizes the scheduling logic of equipment through flexible strategy configuration, applies intelligent warehouse technology and equipment, improves logistics operation efficiency, and provides basic equipment guarantee for operation optimization.

Through comprehensive data collection and analysis, a KPI management and operation warning system is established to provide evaluation results and abnormal information monitoring warning for warehouse operations. Prevent error risks, reduce error correction costs, rationally plan resources, improve collaborative capabilities, and improve abnormal handling efficiency.

TTX will help TW SOLAR build a standardized, modular, platform-based, intelligent and efficient warehouse management system with refined warehouse management functions, create a new benchmark for photovoltaic "smart manufacturing", and provide guarantees for it to consolidate its leading position in the industry.
