TTX helps Delicious Fresh (Chubang) build a digital intelligent warehousing system

During the construction of automated warehousing, Chubang’s Zhongshan finished product warehouse project introduced TTX’s WMS system to realize the automation and intelligence of warehousing logistics management.

Guangdong Delicious Fresh Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Zhongshan City's first listed company, Zhongju High-tech Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. It is a modern large-scale high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of condiments and one of the main brand companies in China's condiment industry.

The Chubang production base is located in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province. The company has two major brands, Chubang and Delicious Fresh. Its products cover 10 categories, including soy sauce, chicken powder (essence), oyster sauce, sauces, cooking wine, vinegar, cooking oil, fermented bean curd, monosodium glutamate, and juice. The company's production scale and market share are among the best in the country.

Quality is the lifeline of Delicious Fresh (Chubang). As a leading condiment company, Chubang has established a full-process quality management model from raw materials to finished products. At the same time, it has increased digital transformation and upgrading to promote the intelligent and refined management of the production process.

During the construction of automated warehousing, Chubang's Zhongshan finished product warehouse project introduced TTX's WMS system to realize the automation and intelligence of warehousing and logistics management.

In this project, TTX's WMS is connected with Chubang's warehouse operation peripheral collaborative system to form an effective linkage, real-time data sharing, cross-departmental collaborative operation, improve operation efficiency and data accuracy, make the warehouse logistics process transparent and visualized, and provide data support for corporate decision-making.

At the same time, as the core system in the warehouse, WMS completes the docking of automated equipment in the warehouse, including docking with AS/RS, AGV subsystem, automatic sorting subsystem, etc., and improves the efficiency of warehouse operations through automated docking. Chubang can flexibly configure the dispatching logic of the equipment such as picking strategy, shelf strategy, replenishment strategy, and collection according to its own business needs to control and optimize the scheduling logic of the equipment.

It is worth mentioning that TTX designs the loading logic according to Chubang's business characteristics. Through docking with automated equipment, it automatically realizes a variety of loading sorting methods such as single product centralized loading method, whole plate first and then bulk loading method, reducing manual work and improving efficiency; it also optimizes the loading plan to increase the vehicle full load and reduce the transportation cost of goods.

It is reported that the project has been successfully launched at the beginning of this year. Based on the smooth progress of the project, Chubang recognized TTX's strength and further reached cooperation with TTX. The two parties will launch the Yangxi automated warehouse WMS project in the near future.
