SmartDevil collaborates with TTX to jointly build a flexible supply chain collaboration platform

TTX has tailored an OMS+WMS solution specifically for SmartDevil, helping them to build a more flexible, efficient, and stable supply chain system.

Shenzhen SmartDevil Digital Technology Co., Ltd. established the SmartDevil brand in 2010. To date, SmartDevil has designed and developed over 500 types of products with more than 10,000 SKUs. Their product lines cover various categories, including digital accessories, audio-visual entertainment, automotive goods, and creative lifestyle items, and are sold in 208 countries and regions. For four consecutive years, SmartDevil has achieved the top sales position in the 3C accessories category during major promotional events like 618 and Double 11 on the Tmall and JD platforms. The brand has accumulated over 173 million users worldwide, with a total media following exceeding 15 million.

As one of the top influential digital brands in China, SmartDevil stands out in the competitive market with its exquisite technical craftsmanship and strong development capabilities. The brand is also highly praised for providing comprehensive, cost-effective, and convenient services.

With SmartDevil's full-channel layout, the rising number of orders has brought numerous challenges. Managing multi-channel orders and improving fulfillment efficiency are critical issues. How can the company's supply chain resources achieve a balance between production and sales? In the face of multi-channel, large-volume orders, how can the financial reconciliation and business analysis processes, which consume a lot of manpower, be made more efficient? TTX has tailored an OMS+WMS solution specifically for SmartDevil, helping them to build a more flexible, efficient, and stable supply chain system to address these challenges.




TTX's OMS connects with upstream domestic mainstream e-commerce platforms, community e-commerce channels, cross-border e-commerce, SmartDevil's existing ERP system, and TTX's WMS system. This integration enables unified management of online and offline orders and unified control and distribution of inventory across all channels. The integration of order and inventory systems makes warehouse data and product status real-time visible and traceable. The front end can timely grasp inventory data from various aspects, such as warehousing documents and in-transit inventory, providing data support for sales plans, quickly adjusting production and sales plans, and achieving a balance between production and sales.

Additionally, TTX helps SmartDevil establish a quick replenishment mechanism, planning and allocating inventory for online and offline channels in advance, achieving automatic online distribution. The OMS configures a product promotion strategy engine, supporting various promotion mechanisms such as buy-one-get-one, full gift, tiered gifting, complimentary delivery service, and repurchase bonuses. It also supports more diverse marketing strategies and adapts to different promotion models and shipping needs through the WMS.

Furthermore, TTX's WMS is deployed in SmartDevil's raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, and e-commerce warehouse. It establishes standardized and refined inventory management and operation processes tailored to different business needs, achieving full-process refined management from raw materials to finished products. PDA operations are promoted to lay the foundation for the integration of automated equipment. The entire warehouse operation is digitally controlled, achieving refined management in receiving, dispatching, storing, returning, and packaging, enhancing inventory control capabilities, improving inventory accuracy, and effectively reducing inventory and labor costs.

In terms of financial management, TTX's OMS features a reconciliation center. The system automatically reconciles orders and platforms by connecting with upstream platforms such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, Douyin, and ERP. The billing module automatically calculates logistics costs and summarizes sales data from various platforms, achieving detailed and compliant financial data. This provides a data basis for subsequent business decisions and supports the integration of business and finance for SmartDevil.
