Jianliyuan Joins Hands with TTX to Accelerate the Integration of Warehousing and Distribution

Beijing Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. has signed a contract with TTX to introduce TTX's WMS+TMS solution, aiming to build an integrated warehousing and logistics management platform. This initiative is expected to reduce warehousing costs and enhance supply chain responsiveness.

Beijing Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. was founded in Qingdao in 2001 and relocated its headquarters to Beijing in 2008. The company has long been dedicated to the development of group meal management, food cold chain logistics, property management, smart farms, and food courts. With over 15,000 employees, it serves more than 500 units and provides daily services to over 2 million people.

Jianliyuan has been consistently recognized as a China AAA credit enterprise, one of the top ten brands in China's group meal industry, one of the top ten growing enterprises in China's catering industry, and one of the top ten leading enterprises in the group meal sector. In 2010, it ranked among China's top 100 catering enterprises and the top ten in the social group meal sector. The "Group Meal Management Service Specifications," drafted by Jianliyuan in 2012, was officially released and implemented by the Ministry of Commerce, marking the first standard for the group meal industry in China.

As a leading enterprise in China's group meal industry, Jianliyuan has always placed great emphasis on standardized and systematic process management, with full control over business processes to ensure food safety. With the continuous expansion of the group's scale and business segments, enhancing supply chain responsiveness, refined management, and flexibility has become key to Jianliyuan's business growth. Therefore, Beijing Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. has signed a contract with TTX to introduce TTX's WMS+TMS solution, aiming to build an integrated warehousing and logistics management platform to reduce warehousing costs and improve supply chain responsiveness.

In this project, TTX assisted Jianliyuan in streamlining the operational processes for various business types, including weighted goods, frozen goods, ambient temperature goods, and constant temperature goods. By organizing these processes according to the characteristics of each product type, TTX provided unified planning for warehouse zones and storage locations, thereby enhancing management efficiency and accuracy within the warehouse. The integration of SCM, WMS, and TMS systems facilitated seamless information exchange. Through the WMS system, business rules were set to enable rapid inventory turnover, and the entire process from delivery and direct-through to virtual direct-through, procurement warehousing, and sales dispatching was tracked.

The WMS system also integrated PDA devices, electronic weighing equipment, supplier sorting, and in-warehouse goods sorting. Combined with WMS's intelligent order dispatching and wave processing strategies, the system recommended different picking strategies based on order characteristics, automatically pushing the optimal route to PDAs. This reduced manual labor costs, significantly improved warehouse operational efficiency, and ensured greater accuracy in operations.

Simultaneously, the TMS system was implemented to manage operations across both Beijing and Qingdao, assigning vehicles based on optimized delivery routes and supporting various delivery models. This further optimized logistics and transportation costs while enhancing fulfillment capabilities.

Currently, Jianliyuan's warehouses in Beijing and Qingdao are operating smoothly. The full implementation of TTX's WMS+TMS solution is expected to become a key pillar in Jianliyuan Group's business development, as well as an essential factor in improving service capabilities and increasing customer satisfaction.
