Warehouse Management System
E-LogiT introduces TTX WMS to establish a lean warehouse management system.
In the end, TTX, with its extensive experience in the e-commerce industry and innovative technological solutions, gained e-LogiT's recognition after a rigorous POC validation process. TTX will assist e-LogiT in building a new standardized, automated, and lean warehouse management system.

E-LogiT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "e-LogiT"), listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with the stock code 9327, has been supporting the logistics operations of Japan’s e-commerce industry since its inception. The company has established partnerships with over 1,700 enterprises. Leveraging its extensive expertise, e-LogiT provides comprehensive e-commerce business solutions, offering one-stop services that range from website development and digital marketing to fulfillment services and customer support.
In recent years, with the rapid growth of Japan's e-commerce market, the volume and complexity of e-LogiT's operations have increased significantly. The growing diversity of customer demands has driven e-LogiT to continuously add customized features to its existing Warehouse Management System (WMS). However, as the system became more complex, its stability and operational efficiency gradually declined. Additionally, the existing system heavily relied on employees' experience for operation, which led to a drop in work efficiency and accuracy, while significantly increasing operational costs and negatively affecting the overall customer experience.
To address these operational challenges, e-LogiT carefully evaluated its options and decided to implement a new WMS. After reviewing mainstream WMS products in Japan, they were unable to find the ideal solution. Ultimately, TTX, with its extensive experience in the e-commerce industry and innovative technological solutions, earned e-LogiT's trust after a rigorous POC (Proof of Concept) validation process. TTX will help e-LogiT build a new standardized, automated, and lean warehouse management system.

In this project, TTX's WMS will help e-LogiT establish standardized and regulated warehouse management and operational processes, improving both operational speed and accuracy. It will seamlessly integrate with e-LogiT's existing systems, including its client system, e-commerce platforms, and in-warehouse automation equipment, ensuring real-time data communication. The system can also flexibly handle various operational stages, from receiving, sorting, and shelving to inventory management, picking, and loading, tailored to the diverse business needs of multiple clients. This personalized process management will significantly enhance the turnover rate of goods and reduce operating costs.
At the same time, TTX's WMS offers high configurability and flexibility, enabling e-LogiT to quickly adapt to and meet new business development needs. The system also supports paperless operations throughout the entire process, reducing human errors and improving overall operational efficiency. The project lead at e-LogiT expressed great satisfaction with TTX WMS's simple system interface, standardized design, and localized features that align with the needs of the Japanese market.
Reportedly, the project began in June 2024 and is currently progressing steadily, with the first phase expected to go live in full by November 2024. Through this collaboration, TTX will build a refined, intelligent, and flexible warehouse management system for e-LogiT, driving business improvements and enhancing satisfaction for customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
