VIEWSUNZIZI partners with TTX to officially launch the WMS project
VIEWSUNZIZI has decided to adopt TTX's WMS solution to drive the digital upgrade of its supply chain management and warehousing operations.
Guiyang High-tech Huicheng Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as VIEWSUNZIZI) has developed into a modern comprehensive baking enterprise integrating production, sales, research and development, and chain operations since its establishment in 1996. Currently, the company operates nearly 300 stores, equipped with 60,000 square meters of standardized factory space and six advanced production lines, making it the largest baking enterprise in Guizhou Province. The company is in a stage of rapid development, with the second-phase industrial park set to enter production soon.
Although VIEWSUNZIZI had achieved semi-automated production in its early stages, the existing WMS system needs to be enhanced in functionality and intelligent guidance to meet the demands of efficient equipment scheduling and complex business needs as the scale of operations expands and automated equipment continues to be introduced. To address these challenges, VIEWSUNZIZI has decided to adopt TTX's WMS solution to drive the digital upgrade of its supply chain management and warehousing operations.
Recently, the WMS project between VIEWSUNZIZI and TTX officially launched, with both parties reaching a consensus at the project kickoff meeting. Attending the kickoff were Mr. Wang, General Manager of VIEWSUNZIZI PMO, Chief Digital Supply Chain Consultant Mr. Lei, as well as TTX's CEO Mr. Wu Yu, General Manager for Central China Ms. Xie Liufang, and Central China Sales Director Mr. Lu Yi, among other core team members from both sides.
In this collaboration, TTX will assist VIEWSUNZIZI in establishing standardized and regulated warehousing management and operational processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Through seamless integration with VIEWSUNZIZI's existing OMS, TMS, ERP, and data platform systems, business data will achieve real-time connectivity, optimizing the coordination efficiency of logistics, procurement, production, and sales. At the same time, TTX's WMS system will also integrate with equipment such as AGVs, elevators, stackers, and conveyor lines. By utilizing intelligent wave picking and unified task allocation for orders, the picking paths for AGVs will be shortened, achieving smart equipment scheduling, reducing reliance on manual labor, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Features such as inventory analysis, task performance statistics, and real-time dashboards will provide transparent and efficient management tools to support decision-making and analysis.
With the assistance of TTX's WMS solution, VIEWSUNZIZI will significantly enhance its operational efficiency in warehousing management and supply chain optimization, providing strong support for maintaining its industry-leading position.
