XC TECH Partners with TTX to Fully Upgrade the Warehouse Management System
To further enhance operational efficiency, strengthen industry competitiveness, and continuously provide customers with faster and higher-quality services, XC TECH has partnered with TTX to implement TTX WMS, jointly building an intelligent warehouse management system.

Its business spans multiple industries, including smart retail, digital payments, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, and smart office solutions. With customers in over 60 countries, XC TECH has shipped more than 2.2 million devices.
With the rapid expansion of its business, the company’s existing warehouse management model has struggled to meet increasingly complex operational demands. To further enhance operational efficiency, strengthen its competitive edge, and continuously deliver faster, higher-quality services, XC TECH has partnered with TTX to implement the TTX WMS, jointly building an intelligent warehouse management system.
In this project, TTX will support XC TECH’s organizational structure by enabling a multi-company, multi-warehouse, and multi-owner system, facilitating end-to-end digitalized management from material receipt, inbound processing, and shelving to outbound processing and material issuance. By integrating with XC TECH’s upstream and downstream systems as well as intelligent devices, TTX WMS will consolidate various types of warehouses, factories, suppliers, and 3PL resources to establish a unified warehousing network, ensuring precise alignment between logistics and information flow.
Additionally, the WMS will help XC TECH build standardized and regulated warehouse management processes, improving operational efficiency and accuracy while enabling refined management of diverse material types. Through system-driven operational guidance and collaboration with automation equipment, the solution will reduce reliance on manual experience, shorten processing times, and further enhance overall operational efficiency.
The project has now officially commenced. Moving forward, both parties will continue to deepen their collaboration, working together to develop a more refined, intelligent, and highly efficient warehousing management system. This will empower XC TECH to achieve continuous innovation in the intelligent hardware solutions sector, providing more convenient and high-quality services to global customers while strengthening its industry leadership.
