MiiTAKI Partners with TTX to Build a New Digital Warehouse Foundation for a Designer Toy Brand
As its business continues to grow, MiiTAKI has established a new warehouse center in Changzhou, primarily responsible for B2B store distribution. To support the efficient operation of the new facility, MiiTAKI partnered with TTX to implement the TTX WMS (Warehouse Management System), driving warehouse management toward greater digitalization and standardized operations.
MiiTAKI is an emerging healing-themed designer toy brand dedicated to creating trendy toy products for Gen Z consumers that express individuality and carry emotional value. The brand integrates kindness and warmth into every creation. Its philosophy is inspired by the ideas of “future” and “possibility,” aiming to continuously explore new dimensions of designer toy culture through ongoing innovation.
As the brand’s business continues to expand, MiiTAKI has established a new warehouse center in Changzhou, primarily responsible for B2B store distribution. To support the efficient operation of the new facility, MiiTAKI partnered with TTX to introduce the TTX WMS (Warehouse Management System), advancing its warehouse management toward greater digitalization and operational standardization.
In this project, TTX provided a WMS solution for MiiTAKI and completed integration with the company’s existing business systems. This enables efficient circulation and sharing of core operational data—such as orders and inventory—between systems, establishing a seamless data connection between warehouse operations and business platforms.
With the implementation of the WMS, the Changzhou warehouse will achieve barcode-based and batch-based management, ensuring more real-time and accurate inventory data. At the same time, system-driven operational strategies and process management will optimize key warehouse activities—including receiving, putaway, picking, verification, and shipping—significantly improving overall operational efficiency.
The system also records and tracks the entire warehouse operation process. Every inventory movement and operational step can be traced back to the specific time and personnel involved, further enhancing the standardization, transparency, and traceability of warehouse management.
In addition, the system captures extensive warehouse operational data and provides multi-dimensional analytical reports—including metrics such as inventory turnover, operational efficiency, and warehouse space utilization. These insights support MiiTAKI’s management in inventory structure optimization, sales forecasting, and operational planning, enabling more data-driven and scientific decision-making.
Looking ahead, TTX will continue to provide stable and professional digital supply chain system services for MiiTAKI, helping the brand further enhance its warehouse and fulfillment capabilities and deliver a more efficient and reliable product delivery experience for consumers.
