Zhenzhen Beverages Partners with TTX to Build New Momentum for Digital Transformation of a National Beverage Brand Supply Chain
To support rapid business growth and drive the upgrade of its operating model, Zhenzhen has officially partnered with TTX to implement an OFS (Order Fulfillment System) and a WMS (Warehouse Management System). This initiative aims to build an end-to-end digital management framework spanning from order processing to warehouse operations, leveraging technology to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.
Founded in 1992, Zhenzhen is a well-established domestic beverage brand headquartered in Sanshui District, Foshan, Guangdong Province. With over 30 years of dedicated development, Zhenzhen has built three major production bases across China, achieving a daily production capacity of up to 140,000 cases. Leveraging its unique production techniques, consistent product quality, and strong market reputation, Zhenzhen has become the No.1 brand in lychee-flavored soda in China, solidifying its position in the national beverage industry.
To support rapid business growth and accelerate the upgrade of its operating model, Zhenzhen has officially partnered with TTX to implement an OFS (Order Fulfillment System) and a WMS (Warehouse Management System). This initiative aims to establish an end-to-end digital management system spanning from order processing to warehouse operations, empowering the supply chain with technology to enhance efficiency and performance.
TTX’s OFS system will build a unified order fulfillment platform for Zhenzhen, covering the entire process from distributor order placement, review, fulfillment, to shipment. It supports multi-channel order entry via web and mini-program interfaces, while enabling flexible configuration of promotional strategies, pricing structures, and minimum order and shipment rules. Through deep integration with multiple business systems, the platform ensures real-time data synchronization, effectively resolving common industry challenges such as data discrepancies and information delays. Supported by reconciliation and inventory centers, the system enables automated financial reconciliation and real-time visibility of omni-channel inventory, providing accurate data support for production planning and sales decision-making.
In parallel, TTX’s WMS system will be deployed across four major production bases and various warehouse types. By standardizing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations, it significantly improves the management efficiency of key processes such as raw materials, finished goods, and stock transfers. The system enables refined control over batches, storage locations, and inventory, fully meeting the stringent traceability requirements of the food industry. With real-time updates of batch and inventory data, it breaks down coordination barriers between production and sales, enhances overall warehouse operational efficiency, and strengthens quality control.
This cross-industry collaboration will help Zhenzhen build an efficient, transparent, and collaborative digital supply chain system, enabling optimized coordination between production and sales and a comprehensive upgrade in operational efficiency.
