Amid the continued rise of domestic beauty brands and the deepening of omnichannel strategies, supply chain digitalization and refined operational capabilities have become critical enablers of high-quality growth. In the face of increasingly complex business scenarios—spanning multiple product categories, channels, and warehouses—how to ensure product quality and compliance while achieving efficient fulfillment and end-to-end coordination has become a key industry challenge.

Founded in 1967 and originating from Deqing, Zhejiang, OSM is a representative legacy beauty brand in China. With over five decades of expertise in pearl-based skincare, OSM has built a portfolio of best-selling products with strong market recognition through continuous technological accumulation and product innovation. As the business continues to scale and its nationwide warehouse network expands, the company faces higher demands for digitalization and refined warehouse management across multiple parallel scenarios, including raw material management, production coordination, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Against this backdrop, OSM has partnered with TTX Software (TTX) to implement a WMS (Warehouse Management System), enabling integrated management across raw material warehouses, semi-finished goods warehouses, finished goods warehouses, and e-commerce warehouses. This unified approach facilitates multi-warehouse coordination and seamless operations across diverse business scenarios, providing robust support for a complex supply chain system. The project has now been officially launched.

At the system architecture level, TTX will integrate OSM’s existing ERP, OMS, MES, traceability system, and BI platform, while also connecting with automated storage systems to achieve real-time data synchronization and interoperability across systems. An open API architecture will be adopted to ensure scalability and flexibility for future business expansion and system integration.

To meet the beauty industry’s stringent requirements for quality and safety, the system will establish an end-to-end traceability framework covering suppliers, materials, production, finished goods, and sales, ensuring full transparency and accountability. At the same time, to support scientific inventory management, AI-driven dynamic strategies combined with flexible configuration capabilities will be applied to enhance inventory turnover and operational accuracy.

In terms of operations, the system will enable paperless workflows and flexibly support both B2B and B2C business models, accommodating high-frequency e-commerce orders as well as offline replenishment needs. Leveraging a low-code platform, OSM will be able to rapidly adapt to changing business requirements, improving system agility and controllability.

Looking ahead, TTX will continue to deepen its collaboration with OSM, focusing on supply chain collaboration and data value extraction. Together, they aim to further enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities, injecting sustained momentum into the long-term development of domestic beauty brands.
